Booking information
General Booking Information and Terms
1. Booking Procedure:
Your holiday starts quickly and hassle-free with an online booking through our booking tool. This way, you secure the best price.
Please note that we generally only rent on a weekly basis from Saturday to Saturday. However, in the off-season, we offer the possibility of shorter stays of 5 days within the week. This offer applies to our special promotion weeks, where you can stay for 7 days but only pay for 5.
With these flexible booking options, we want to enable you to plan your vacation in the way that best suits you. For inquiries in the off-season for stays of 3 nights or less in a double room, please send us an email. We will be happy to make you an offer.
For a binding online booking, a deposit of 30% of the total amount is required. This will be debited directly from your credit card, and we will then send you the reservation confirmation via email.
3. Minimum Stay:
The minimum stay is 7 days, from Saturday to Saturday.
4. Check-in/Check-out:
Check-in is possible from 16:00 onwards. Please inform us of your expected arrival time if it is after 22:00. Check-out is by 9:30. Late arrivals or early departures are possible, but the booked period will be charged.
5. Prices - VAT - Tourist Tax:
Our prices include a VAT of 10%. In case of legal changes, the price will be adjusted accordingly. The tourist tax is €2.90 per person/night (for ages 14 and above) and is separately stated.
6. Pets:
Pets are not allowed in any of our accommodations.
7. Payment:
We accept Visa, Mastercard, debit cards, and cash. American Express and Diners Club cards are not accepted.
8. Offers:
Offers are non-binding until confirmed by us. The offer remains provisional. After your timely confirmation and payment of the 30% deposit of the travel price, the request becomes binding.
9. Payment Information:
For bank transfers, please use our bank details: IBAN: IT98X0818358720000300000779. Please note that instant transfers are not supported. Payment will be visible in our account within 1 to 2 days.
10. Miscellaneous:
Printing errors, mistakes, and possible price changes reserved. All prices listed in the price list include VAT and are per day.

Cancellation conditions:
Please inform us in writing about your cancellation.
- If canceled up to 365 days before the scheduled arrival date, processing fees of € 80 will be charged.
- Cancellations made 94 days or more prior to the scheduled arrival date will incur a charge of 50% of the total booking amount. During this period, 50% of the total cost will be billed for the cancellation.
- Cancellations made up to 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date will incur a charge of 80% of the total price.
- In case of cancellation within less than 14 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, non-arrival, or in the event of early departure or delayed arrival, 100% of the agreed total price for the booked arrangement will be charged.
Cancellations made verbally are not valid, and rebooking is not possible.
Travel insurance:
In case you choose not to opt for a cancellation insurance, please understand that if a cancellation occurs due to a covered reason, we cannot offer a free cancellation. The aforementioned cancellation conditions will apply in such situations. Therefore, we highly recommend purchasing the insurance.
