Paragliding and tandem flights in Venosta Valley

Adrenalin kick, a feeling of freedom as well as a unique view, that's what paragliding is all about. Experience the mountains of South Tyrol from above! The mountain scenery around Ortler, Cevedale and Sesvenna is ideal for trying out paragliding.

The best times for this are dry, north-wind-free spring days, summer and autumn days with low to moderate condensation and a high base. For those who have no experience, a tandem flight is recommended, where an experienced pilot takes over the steering.

An ideal take-off site is at Watles above Burgeis (1.750 m). Another is a little higher at 2.220 m, accessible by chairlift and a 20-minute walk.
