Evening a la carte restaurant "Al Bun Bacun" - Culinary delights in Prad


Enjoy popular classics from Italian and Tyrolean cookbooks with us: Shepherd's macaroni prepared according to our house recipe, a selection of various dumpling varieties, including spinach, beetroot, cheese, and bacon dumplings, as well as traditional bread dumplings. A crispy veal Wiener Schnitzel with roasted potatoes and homemade cranberry jam completes our offering. Daily specials such as sour beef, Saltimbocca alla romana with rosemary potatoes and fennel vegetables, and our homemade apple strudel are just a small taste of our down-to-earth Alpine-Mediterranean cuisine. Discover it for yourself at our restaurant "Al Bun Bacun."


The name of our restaurant, "Al Bun Bacun," comes from Romansh or Alpine Romance and means "For good food or for a good bite."

Enjoy a refreshing drink in between, coffee and cake in the afternoon, and meet friends for a romantic à la carte dinner.

Dine elegantly and comfortably in our dining rooms or on our sun terrace during summery temperatures.
